The Plett MAD Festival 2015
This triple-themed festival (music, art, drama) is held at different locations in Plett. The festival includes street theatre, art exhibitions, Food Film Festival and the Fringe Festival. The Plett Fringe Festival 2015
The White House Theatre plays host to the the third annual Plett Fringe. An array of timeless classics will grace the stage in Plett for 5 days of performances. The courtyard opens at 6pm each night with live music, light snacks on sale and a cash bar. Performances start at 7pm sharp. In addition, on Friday and Saturday there are 2 morning shows at 11am. When: the festival runs from the 25th June 2015 until the 29th June 2015. Tickets range from R65-R100 (R50 for children) depending upon the particular show. Marc Lottering
This well known South African comedian will be performing for one night only in Plett! This promises to be a night of frivolous fun for everyone. When: 13th June 2015, The Barn, Plettenberg Bay. Tickets can be booked online (which is recommended due to high demand). You can also purchase your tickets at Barney (Market square info centre). Elvis & Friends at The Barn
If you love the ‘golden oldies’ era of music then this show is for you! James Marais has performed locally and overseas in his Elvis-themed shows, often to sold out crowds. Join James for a night of nostalgia and a trip down memory lane with tributes to other music legends. When: 27th June 2015, The Plett Barnyard Theatre. Tickets are R100 per person. Knysna Marathon Club & Epilepsy SA 10km & 5km
Take part in a picturesque moderate run through the residential outskirts of Knysna. Dogs are welcome for the 5km run. Medals will be awarded to all finishers as well as prizes for the category winners. You can enter on the day at 7am. This race is to help raise awareness for Epilepsy Week.
