Terms and Conditions
1. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
2. Full payment must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
3. The 30% security deposit will be returned within 30 days of the end of the booking. Guests should leave the accommodation as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the breakage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking 50% [of the 70% balance payment] will be refunded.

The rooftop deck offers a breathtaking 360° panorama, plenty of lounging space and a sparkling plunge-pool. Please note that the pool area is not safe for young children. This beautiful self catering holiday home comes complete with a modern kitchen complete with stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery and breakfast bar. There are three separate lounge / living areas; one on each floor [and an additional upstairs work-space], two wall-mounted flat screen TV’s, fireplaces and excellent 10MB/s fiber optic Wifi for all the family to enjoy. There are four ensuite bedrooms (two Doubles and two Queens) with modern bathrooms, two of which boast large bathtubs.
The house can accommodate 8 guests (four couples) and there is a sleeper couch for a small child.
