Terms and Conditions
1. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
2. Full payment must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
3. The 30% security deposit will be returned within 30 days of the end of the booking. Guests should leave the accommodation as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the breakage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking 50% [of the 70% balance payment] will be refunded.

The property sleeps 10 people maximum in 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have luxury, spacious en-suite bathrooms – one with an outdoor private & enclosed shower area – and the remaining 2 bedrooms share a large, elegant full bathroom with shower and bath tub.
All rooms have air conditioning units for both heating or cooling the rooms.
The master bedroom has a super King extra-length bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the other 3 bedrooms have King beds which can be converted to singles (twins) if necessary.
Inside expect extreme comfort, stylishly decorated spacious rooms with large oversized contemporary furniture and all the facilities one would expect from a luxury self-catering villa in Cape Town.
In addition to the main living room, there is a separate music / TV room and a dedicated work space.
Fitness enthusiasts will also appreciate the private, fully-equipped fitness centre / gym.
The house also features 4 x flat-screen TV’s, 2 wood braais / BBQ’s, a back-up inverter for power outages and 2 indoor fireplaces.
