Terms and Conditions
1. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
2. Full payment must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
3. The 30% security deposit will be returned within 30 days of the end of the booking. Guests should leave the accommodation as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the breakage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking 50% [of the 70% balance payment] will be refunded.

Cleverly designed to take maximum advantage of its stunning location and year-round sunshine, the house is the last word in elegant simplicity.
From the huge frameless fold-back doors and free-flow living/dining areas, to the sparkling swimming pool and intimate and private walled courtyard, this property unquestionably has the ‘wow’ factor.
The furnishings and finishes are of the highest quality and the home entertainment system (including two LCD flat screen TVs, DVD and hi-fi) are state-of-the art, creating a luxuriously serene environment for those who want to be close to nature while enjoying every conceivable creature comfort.
And so to bed…
On the first floor there are four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The huge master bedroom affords stunning ocean views and features a king size bed, floor-to-ceiling fold-back doors and balcony.
There’s a stylish en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and double-sink vanity unit, plus a dressing area with ample wardrobe and storage space.
Two further double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and verandah, also enjoy spectacular sea views. There’s an additional twin bedroom with en-suite shower that looks out north across the indigenous forest.
Climb a few more steps and you’ll reach a lounging area where you can escape from everything and enjoy views across the whole of Plettenberg Bay. Where better to watch the Dolphins and Whales, enjoy sundowners or just gaze at the African stars at night!
