Terms and Conditions
1. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
2. Full payment must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
3. The 30% security deposit will be returned within 30 days of the end of the booking. Customers should leave the accommodation as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the breakage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

Infinity Villa – A Holiday Villa that simply takes your breath away
This totally unique residence offers magnificent and uninterrupted views from nearly every room – of The Lagoon, The Heads channel, the Indian Ocean, Leisure Isle, Thesen Island, Knysna. The list goes on and on. Guests will revel in the exclusivity of this beautiful multi-decked split level luxurious and spacious residence.
The elegant simplicity of the building’s architecture and the ‘Zen’ quality of its décor and furnishings will invite you to be “at one” with the natural environment whilst enjoying every possible creature comfort.
Making maximum use of natural light and textures, the accommodation is arranged over four levels. It offers six light and airy ensuite bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors which open up onto the many outside decks and pool areas. The stylish ensuite bathrooms are modern, slick and offer every comfort from huge walk-in showers through to oversized tubs with views. The master suite has its own double outdoor shower and enormous outside tub for luxuriating in and being fully at peace with the world.
The stylish and well equipped kitchen boasts a 6-stove gas hob and all the kitchen equipment and appliances one would expect of a luxury holiday villa of this standard. The indoor dining room boasts magnificent Lagoon and Heads views with floor to ceiling windows as does the main lounge. There is ample additional sitting and outdoor dining and entertaining space. There is a built-in braai on the main deck and a portable gas braai on the sunset lounge deck which is equipped with oversized beanbags, extensive deep, comfy sofas and a bar with high stools. The area is perfect for sundowners and good conversation in an extraordinary setting. External folding glass doors enable all areas to be opened facilitating free-flow access to the great outdoors.
Infinity Villa is a holiday villa specifically designed for sensual pleasure and total relaxation. The very attractive sparkling blue infinity pool allows for a refreshing dip in-between extended periods of soaking up the African sun from the comfort of your comfy sun-lounger.
On the upper deck you will find a luxurious TV lounge with an enormous 85 inch flat screen TV and kitchenette opening up onto another beautiful deck and viewing platform. This is the highest place you can get on the property and it’s perfect for whale and dolphin spotting in season together with the great sun-downer opportunities!
The state-of-the art home entertainment system provides music throughout the house and the LCD TV screens in the upper deck TV lounge and main deck lounge offer satellite channels and DVD viewing for lazy evenings at home. The House is connected to Municipal power but has a back-up an Inverter system which runs all essential lighting and electrical appliances. The living room also features a large wood-burning stove for the cooler nights and a guest safe is also available for the security conscious.
