A fresh look but not a new start!
Many of you may already know Richard and Dav1es Property Management well. For those you you that are new here; welcome!
We have now organically morphed into Dav1es Exclusive Holiday Rentals and can now launch our glitzy, modern new website.
So who are we I hear you ask? What do we do?
“We” are:
Head Honcho – Richard Davies. He does the bossing, stressing, etc. and generally will be there to welcome you at the door of your holiday “home” to make sure you can find the light switches.
The Man – Hadley Arendse. He does all the hard work and heavy lifting and, if Richard is not available, will be the one to greet you on arrival. He is never more than a call away!
And of course there’s me – The girl behind the computer screen and at the end of the ‘phone – Jessie ten Velde. You may never see me but I am the one who will make sure you are so tempted by our stunning properties and amazed at our efficient correspondence that you will book up your holiday accommodation with us year after year!
But what do we do – are we just booking agents?
Oh no! Dav1es started life as property management company for people with beautiful holiday homes in the Knysna, Noetzie & Plett area and, as the economic climate of the world changed, we started to offer a logical extension to our services; luxury villa rentals. You can now enjoy the same high standards found within our property management service whenever you deal with our rentals division.
You can vacation in “our” houses knowing that the owners trust us to keep their homes in the best condition possible all year round. We care for these beautiful houses & villas just like they they were our own so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday to the max.!
