There are after all so many picturesque trails on the Garden Route plus hiking is good for you.
When you do “hit the trail”, don’t forget to take plenty of water, wear shoes that protect your ankles and keep your eyes open. The local wildlife is generally not dangerous – but no one likes to be trod on!
Please remember the simple guideline: Take only photographs and leave only footprints.
While many trails are easy to do without much planning, you may also want to take a guided walk.
