Terms and Conditions
1. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
2. Full payment must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
3. The 30% security deposit will be returned within 30 days of the end of the booking. Customers should leave the accommodation as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the breakage deposit.
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

Each of the 4 bedrooms features a private patio or balcony. The 3 double rooms have stylish en-suite bathrooms, whilst the twin has a separate shower room. Additional features include under floor heating, driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles and double lock-up garage with electric doors. All linen, crockery, glassware and cookware are provided, along with pool towels. (Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.)
