Safety and Security
In keeping with the objective to make life at Pezula Golf Estate as relaxing and carefree as possible, the Estate rules relate primarily to safety, security, privacy and protection of the environment. The elevation of the Estate affords it a great deal of natural security and privacy, which is reinforced by 24-hour permanent manned access control at all entrances. Home owners can walk, jog or cycle around the estate in safety. Children can play happily outdoors.
Pezula luxury and amenities
The world-renowned Pezula Resort Hotel & Spa adjacent to the Golf Estate development provides numerous 5-star amenities which residents have access to, including Zachary’s gourmet restaurant, a Champagne & Whisky Bar, Cigar Lounge, executive boardrooms, a boutique and a multi-award winning Spa & Gym with heated indoor pool, sauna, Jaccuzzi and steam room (additional charges apply to some).
Residents also have access to the Pezula Golf Estate communal pool – pictured (if they book a spa treatment or pay or a spa day membership), tennis courts (guests will need to sign in out at the gate to gain entry to the pool clubhouse to collect the keys for the tennis courts) and children’s outdoor playing area located in a quiet corner of the estate.
The outdoor pool (pictured) is surrounded by a sundeck and lounges. It gives a bird’s eye view on the majestic Knysna lagoon. The pool area has restrooms, shower facilities and also a waited bar during peak season.
Guests staying for more than 2 weeks need to obtain a security pass-card directly from Pezula and are required to leave a deposit for this card. Pezula will provide guests all relevant information. Guests staying for less than 2 weeks cannot obtain a pass-card and must sign in & out at the security gate.

The property is on the Pezula championship golf course. Simola, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Goose Valley & George golf clubs are also within easy reach.
Tennis court and children’s outdoor play area located in a quiet corner of the estate. A number of nature trails take hikers into the Sparrebosch Nature Reserve, an Afromontane forest with many animal and bird species, located at the south-eastern corner of Sparrebosch.
Gourmet restaurant, spa and gym facilities. Sailing, kayaking, surfing, fishing, hiking, mountain & quad biking, horse riding & paragliding are all available in the Knysna area.

Terms and Conditions
1. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
2. Full payment must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
3. The 30% security deposit will be returned within 30 days of the end of the booking. Guests should leave the accommodation as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the breakage deposit.
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking 50% [of the 70% balance payment] will be refunded.

The house, in a private corner of the estate, looks out onto a secluded “private” beach which is accessible by steps starting from the house – (Please note, good walking shoes are recommended for the walk down and a certain level of fitness is required for the climb back up)
A large, single storey property built around a sheltered central courtyard, the open plan layout maximizes natural light to create a serene and restful ambiance. The master bedroom and living/dining areas open out to a long verandah overlooking on one side the beautiful shoreline of the Sparrebosch Nature Reserve (a 45-hectare Afromontane forest which is part of the Knysna Coastal Conservancy) and on the other side the beach and ocean beyond – the ideal spot for a sundowner or a morning of whale and dolphin watching.

Blue Horizon offer Pezula Golf Estate Accommodation that sleep up to 8 people and is comprised of 4 double bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features patio doors leading to the verandah with fabulous sea views, king bed, dressing room and a superb bathroom with bath and shower. Bedrooms 2 & 3 feature queen beds, wardrobes and stylish ensuite shower rooms. Bedroom 4 overlooks the courtyard and has a kingsize bed (convertible into 2 single beds), fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
Designed for entertaining
At the centre of the house is a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen with an island worktop unit with sink and storage space. There’s a stainless steel cooking range, extractor hood and large double-door fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, etc. The utility room, located to the side of the kitchen, has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and an additional sink.
The adjacent dining and lounge areas are bright and spacious and lead seamlessly to the verandah by means of ‘fold & stack’ frameless glass doors. One end of this huge living space features top quality audio/visual equipment, including a large LCD TV (with DSTV), hi-fi system and DVD, comfortable couches, massive coffee table and pebble gas fire. At the opposite end is an additional seating area with couches. Full electrical under floor heating, a gas fire and a wood stove also make this your warm cozy winter destination.
Mostly laid to lawn, the central courtyard offers an outside entertainment area with built-in duel-fuel braai (electric & gas) and a deck with an attractive driftwood dining table.
