Richard donned his chef’s hat this weekend to prepare a meal for visiting friends, using some of the fish from his deep sea fishing trip.
Bouillabaisse. The PERFECT soup! Add a few clams and prawns and lots of red wine [Wine is for the cook and guests – not for in the dish!] : heaven in a bowl.
