1. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
2. Full payment must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
3. The 30% security deposit will be returned within 30 days of the end of the booking. Customers should leave the accommodation as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the breakage deposit.
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
This beautiful holiday home will astound you. Perched at the very top of Knysna’s Eastern Head, Villa Seaview, villa accommodation is a glorious villa with heart-stopping views of the Indian Ocean from almost every room.
It’s comfortable décor, spacious rooms & stunning outlook are the stuff of dreams. This large and elegant house has been tastefully renovated into the perfect getaway accommodation from which large family groups or friends can enjoy the very essence of Knysna and the famous Heads.
Sleeping up to 8 adults & 2 children 5 bedrooms, the villa is conveniently located just a short stroll from the famous Knysna Heads viewpoint. It has a dazzling entrance hall, no less than 3 lounge areas, a sheltered heated swimming pool, a well-equipped kitchen & utility room, plus balconies & verandas galore.
The interesting split-level accommodation comprises:
An imposing entrance hall with massive wrought-iron balustrade, chandelier & curved staircase, leads down to a bright, double-volume lounge area with sofas leading to a verandah with dining table & chairs. To the right is a spacious, well fitted kitchen with an island unit & quality appliances, together with a further dining area, utility room & access to the double garage. To the left is a guest WC & a family room with sofas, a dining table (seating 8), large flat screen TV, gas coal-effect fire & huge floor-to-ceiling windows maximizing the sea views. Patio doors lead from here to the small but attractive and heated family pool & tiled sundeck.
Also at ground floor level are bedrooms 1 & 2 (a queen-bedded room plus a smaller room with bunk beds). These both enjoy glorious ocean views & are interlinked by a shared bathroom with shower, separate bath, basin & WC. Perfect for older guests or family groups.
Accessed via a galleried mezzanine seating area with a fireplace & balcony with a stunning ocean vista, the first floor features 3 superb bedrooms.
The master bedroom is a huge double-aspect room with its own balcony, king-size bed, equally huge en-suite bathroom with double ‘raindrop’ shower, separate bath, his & hers’ washbasins & a separate WC. It also boasts a spacious dressing room.
Bedroom 4 also enjoys incredible views from its double-spect windows, balcony & bathroom! In addition to an elegant king-size bed & ample built-in wardrobes, it features a handsome en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC & corner bath with a fabulous view of the sea. Whale watching perhaps from your bathtub!
Overlooking the front of the property, Bedroom 5 is equally striking with its bright décor, king bed, built-in wardrobes & small balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a shower, separate bath, basin & WC .
In addition to the sundeck & pool, there’s a small lawn to the ocean-side, flanked by attractive indigenous shrubberies & flowerbeds.
There’s a secure double garage, plus additional parking for 2 more vehicles in the driveway.
Please note: the owner garages his 1 vehicle at the house at all times.

Villa Seaview is protected by a comprehensive house alarm which is linked to an armed response company. All gates are controlled by remote access.

The Pezula Championship Golf Course is less than 10 minutes away and the Simola Golf Course is less than 15 minutes away.
