1. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
2. Full payment must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
3. The 30% security deposit will be returned within 30 days of the end of the booking. Customers should leave the accommodation as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the breakage deposit.
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

The stylish and well equipped kitchen/dining room offers magnificent ocean views, as does the main lounge and additional sitting/dining space. Folding external glass doors allow all areas to be opened to create free-flow access to the great outdoors. A portable braai unit is available to guests, whilst the fire-pit offers an extraordinary setting for sun downers and good conversation.
Cliff House is designed for sensual pleasure and total relaxation. Set within an attractive indigenous garden, the superb 18m ‘lap’ pool and adjacent Spa Bath will tempt you to watch for whales and dolphins whilst soaking up the African sun.
A boardwalk leads down from the pool area to a delightful ocean side ‘viewing platform’ – perfect for whale & dolphin watching in season. Walk a little further and you arrive at the newly-constructed clifftop firepit– the ideal location for a sun downer in front of the dancing flames.
The state-of-the art home entertainment system provides music throughout the house and the LCD TV screens, located in the master bedroom and lounge, offer satellite channels and DVD viewing for lazy evenings at home. A guest safe is also available for the security conscious.
