Richard treats your house as if it were his own. Actually, he probably treats our home with far more care than I do as he has an eagle eye for detail!

We have been astonished at how he has been able to organize such a complicated property – and with so many difficult, logistical issues to overcome.

What truly astonishes us is when he gives us a list of things that need to be done, he does them in such a short turnaround time – No “Outeniqua Rust”!

As the owner of Noetzie bay House, my wife and I employed the services of Richard Davies and his property management company early in 2008 to:

• Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of Noetzie Bay House, its garden and surrounding land with indigenous flora (fynbos) that we own.

• Manage and monitor any alterations and/or additions that may be required from time to time.

• Market the house as a self-catering holiday home via the internet , press etc.

• Deal with all prospective and actual clients in terms of bookings and payment.

• Make sure that visiting clients are welcomed on arrival, bade farewell on departure and provided with the holiday they wished for.
